I’ve been looking at the weather and am trying to make a decision on practice today. Currently we are in a weather delay with lightning within 20 miles. Unfortunately, it is on the east side of the map from the direction that the storm is approaching. Even if we get some clear weather in a bit, I am not sure we will be able to get in until late for the first practice.

Knowing that there will be a clear sunny day as soon as I do this… I am going to cancel first practice.

There might be a decent window behind this front that will let us have second practice. I don’t want to cancel that one yet. So, keep up with updates on Facebook and Swimtopia on the status of second practice.

Like I said, me canceling should guarantee a beautiful morning, but I am trying to be a bit proactive. So, first practice is cancelled, second is still on.
