Good evening, everyone. I want to remind parents and swimmers that there is no Evening practice today. So, rest up and be ready for the meet tomorrow. We have an early warm-up tomorrow due to the extra teams swimming in divisionals. In addition, the warm-up is 10 minutes shorter. Bryan’s warm-up will be 7:00-7:20 AM tomorrow. We will have enough time to check-in after warm-ups

We need everyone to be there on time so we can warm-up. Get used to the blocks and the turns. With the days getting hotter, a proper warm-up is crucial to be ready to race and avoid injuries, so make sure we can get a quality one beforehand.
