Hello!

I wanted to send out the heat sheet for TAAF regionals tomorrow as well as warm-up time and other information.

Warm-up tomorrow is at 7:00 AM. We and College Station have first warm-up. We are swimming at the BAC (Bryan Aquatic Center). The meet will begin at 8:30. With some of the event combined we are hoping to be finished about the same time as a normal dual meet.

For 14-Under, the top 3 finishers automatically qualify for state. For 15 and up you do not need to qualify for state. You can just sign up. So, we are going to need to know some information before you leave the meet tomorrow. If your swimmer is under 14, and qualifies for state, are they planning to swim state? If not, we need to scratch them so other swimmers can move up to qualify. If you or your swimmer is 15-up, are they planning to swim state and what events do they plan to swim?

We will be coming by to check, but please get with us and let us know. All information needs to go to the state TAAF board by the end of the day tomorrow. So, let us know what your plans are before you leave the meet.

There is an entry fee for spectators for the TAAF meet ($3.00, I believe). Swimmers do not have to pay. 

Once again, warm-up is at 7:00 AM at the Bryan Aquatic Center. We will see you there.
