TAAF information, meet sign-up, and registering any new athletes (adults included)

    Barracudas,

If you are swimming TAAF or just plan on continuing to practice please read:

Registering any new athletes and parents:

We want you to be able to get all of our emails and other information out of swimtopia. What we would like you to do is go to the Bryan Barracudas swimtopia site and click on the new registration button on the home page. There you can enter the swimmers and parent’s information so we can sign them up for the TAAF meet. If you already have an account, but are adding an athlete, you can login first and them click on the new registration to add your new athlete.

If you are an adult already in swimtopia as a parent and you are planning to swim, you still need to be added as an athlete in the registration form. (That creates a separate athlete account for swimming)

You DO NOT have to swim the TAAF meet if you sign up to practice. This is for practices and is a separate link from the swimtopia site

    MEETS:

If you plan on swimming theTAAF Regional Meet which will be on July 9th at the BAC, we need to know by Tuesday, July 5th. You can RSVP and pick events on the Swimtopia site. If you are a parent who plans on attending, please email us your events.

We will be trying to add all of the parents to swimtopia but that process can be a bit time consuming. If you send us your events we can add them manually to the swim meet. (Registering on swimtopia as an athlete will also help)

    TAAF STATE:

We also need to know who plans on swimming at TAAF state. The state meet will be July 21-24 in Corpus Christi, TX. Swimmers 14 & Under have to qualify to swim at the state meet by finishing in the top 3 of their event at Regionals. 15 & Older do not have to qualify for the state meet, they can all swim. If your swimmer qualifies, and they intend to swim this meet, we need to know by July 4th so we can plan for coaches. The actual entries will be due the day of the regional meet.
