Can you believe the season is winding down? We are down to the last dual meet of the season. Not only that, it against our crosstown neighbors! We need everyone signed if we want a chance of winning.

Also, we have invitationals coming up. Right now we have 68 kids that have qualified in at least one invitational event. There are a bunch more right on the edge.

We are going to really focusing on speed and techniques this week. The swimmers need to treat practice like they race because they will definitely race like they practice.
