I wanted to send out the warm-up times for the Sprint Sizzler meet. Remember this is a two session meet the first session is swam on Sunday. The second session is on Monday afternoon. Our warm-up times are as follows.

• Sunday warm-up time: 11:20 warm-up time Lane 1, West pool Meet start 12:00 PM
• Monday warm-up time: 4:20 warm-up time Lane 1, West pool Meet Start 5:00 PM

Boys and Girls events will be swum in separate pools and run simultaneously. The timeline estimates first session taking around 4 hours and second session lasting about 3.5 hours. We are not swimming any relays.
